This report gives you the total cost value of your inventory. If you have added costs to your Product listings and/or Component SKUs, you can use this report to calculate the total worth of your inventory.
Where to Find it
Go to Reports at the top of the page and select "Inventory Valuation" from the dropdown menu.
The Page
This page gives some details about the reports, such as the total amount of inventory, SKUs, completed at time, etc.
Clicking Run Now will create a snapshot of your inventory at that time, and create a cost report based on your SKUs in LM.
Click download under Actions to download the report.
This Report is based on the costs that you have set for your Product listings and your Component SKUs (if using Kitting & Bundling).
The Cost
When LM runs this report, we base it off the set cost for your inventory.
There is cost for Product listings.
You can adjust this in the UI, as you see above. Or use a Product Edit template to adjust cost in bulk.
And there is cost for Component SKU.
You can adjust this in the UI, as seen above. Or use a Component Edit template to adjust Component cost in bulk.
Note: If your Product does not have price does, but the components it points to do, LM will calculate the Product cost based on that info.
