Downloading Templates

To start, you'll want to go to the Bulk Edit Templates page. You can find that under Listings on your menubar. From the dropdown, select Add Amazon Offers, and click Download. Be sure to select the correct Amazon account, if you have more than one. You are able to select other marketplaces, but it'll create an error when you try to download them. This only works for Amazon integrations.

Editing Templates

Once you've downloaded the template, you'll be greeted with a blank template with fields for you to fill out. Columns A through E, as well as G will be required. 

For column D, product_identifier_type, you're able to use ASIN, UPC, ISBN or EAN. 

Uploading Templates

Finally, once you've completed editing your template, you'll want to head back to the Bulk Edit Templates page and upload your template. Select the Amazon Add Offers from the dropdown, then simply hit Upload Template.

You can check the progress of the upload on the Bulk Upload History page, under reports on the menubar. If there are any errors, you can read about them on your Notification History page.
