You can also get there by clicking on the "Quick Help" bubble in the lower right-hand corner when logged into Listing Mirror.
Then you can click the Submit a Request button towards the top of the page to fill out the submission form.
Filling out the Submission Form
This is what the Submission Form looks like.
Please select a Priority and Type for the ticket. This article goes over our priority levels, in addition to other ticket information.

My Requests - these are tickets submitted by you
Requests I'm CC'd On - these are tickets that you are CC'd on
Organization Requests - these are all of the tickets submitted by your business
