The Listing Mirror Dashboard gives you an overview of how your Listing Mirror account and business is performing. Listing Mirror uses real time calculating so you can make pertinent decisions about your sales channels, listings and orders. Use the dashboard to gain insight into business performance or to complete actionable items to improve your bottom line.
The dashboard is the Listing Mirror homepage so it's never hard to find. Now let's learn what all it can do.
Filtering your View
By default you will view data across all of your sales channels; however, you can use the 'All Channels' dropdown to make this channel specific. When selecting a channel, all widgets and data on the page will update with only information pertinent to that store.
You can change the timeframe for which we will display data. You can choose from one of our preselected timeframes, or you can set a custom range using a calendar widget. If you choose a timeframe that has more days than bars on a chart, each bar will represent a specific chunk of time. You can view the range for that bar by hovering over it.
Business Overview
View business performance at a glance. For the timeframe selected, we will show you your total revenue, number of units sold, and number of products in your catalog.
Things To Do
Easily locate simple tasks that you need to complete. Ship awaiting orders by clicking the unshipped orders box, where you are led to your orders page already filtered down to the orders that require action. Learn which items need replenished by clicking our products out of stock box, where you are redirected to the Manage Inventory page filtered down to all items with 0 quantity in your merchant fulfilled warehouse. Or get more listings live by clicking our listing errors box, where you are led to the Manage Listings page filtered down to only those products that need your attention.
Performance Widget
Interested in how your business, and certain channels, have been performing over time? We have combined lots of information into this one robust widget.
View by sales or orders. You can view this chart either by total revenue in sales ($) or by total number of units sold ($) by sliding this toggle.
View both overall sales and per channel sales. This stacked bar graph gives you easy insight both into your overall performance as well as each channel's performance. Each bar is representative of a date with different colored sections (based on the sales channels' branding) representing their portion of the sales. Hover over different sections to view the breakdown of sales.
Customize the channels. By clicking the channel names in the legend you can remove or add channels to the chart. Want to only compare non-Amazon stores? Go for it.
Account Health Widget
One simple way to get more sales is to get more listings live. Use this widget to view how many listings are unpublished or have errors, at an overall view and per channel. Work on getting those bars dark blue to increase revenue.
Top Products Widget
Curious to know which products sell best? Take a peek.
Sort by sales or orders. You can sort this chart either by total revenue in sales, not including shipping or tax, ($) or by total number of orders (#) by sliding this toggle.
Export a spreadsheet. Click 'Export top products list' to get a .csv file of the top 100 products. This will be overall if you have the page filter set to 'All Channels' or your top 100 products on a specific store if you have updated that filter to a store of your choice.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why are my order and sales counts slightly different on the dashboard than they are in my orders section?
Orders are counted daily for the dashboard so you may see some delay before your sales information appears on the dashboard.
What if I want different information to show on the Dashboard?
Our goal is to add more and more widgets, making this the dashboard of your dreams. If you would like to see specific content on the dashboard, please reach out to our support team and let them know what you would like to see.
Why do my Walmart sales look low?
If you use WFS for fulfillment, you may notice that your reported Walmart sales on the dashboard are less than you actually earned in revenue. This is because we do not yet integrate with Walmart WFS so we are not calculating any sales that you fulfilled in that manner. It is on the roadmap to add that in time, though.
At what time does my 'new day' start?
We operate on the UTC timezone. At midnight UTC, we begin counting orders for a new day.
