Wish's Promoted Products

The Program

Wish may select your listing to promote as a promoted product.  This is entirely controlled on Wish's end, and Listing Mirror is unable to help select or remove your product from the program.

Limitations of Listing Mirror on Promoted Listings

Per Wish, the Merchant Policy 3 - Product Promotion governs Wish's policies around promoted products.

Specifically, during the period your products are promoted, you are unable to:

• Edit your main image
• Edit your additional images
• Edit your product title
• Edit your product description
• Engages in extreme price increase (per Merchant Policy 3.1)
• Lower your inventory (unless within an acceptable range per Merchant Policy 3.2)
• Add new variations

This applies to what Listing Mirror is able to edit, as well.  We will still be able to see orders coming in, and edit price and quantity per their guidelines, but many changes to the listing itself will not be allowed while the product is in a promoted status.

If you see an error message "The options of a variation of a promoted product cannot be updated." it is referring to this limitation.
