Block Amazon logistics tracking must be turned off inside of Amazon Seller Central for this setting to work through Listing Mirror.
Listing Mirror can now block Amazon logistics tracking at the channel level. This means that Listing Mirror can fulfill some orders using Amazon carriers (to capture the lower fulfillment price), and use traditional carriers such as USPS and UPS to fulfill other orders. This allows you, the retailer, to get the best of both worlds!
Step 1: Go to your Integration Settings
1. Go to your integration drop-down menu and select 'Channel Integrations'.
2. Click 'Edit' next to the channel you want to enable this feature for
3. Click on the 'Inventory' Tab
Step 2: Ensure all inventory settings are set up properly and enable the feature
1. If you don't have FBA enabled, drag it over from the disabled column so we can sync FBA quantity to this channel
2. Make sure 'Update Quantity' is checked
3. Check 'Autofill MCF Orders' and 'Block Amazon Logistics'
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this feature be enabled for just one marketplace and not affect all integrations?
A: Yes, this setting is set up at an integration level. If you want it set up for your entire account, you'll need to enable it for every integration. Keep in mind that if you are fulfilling through MCF for Walmart, it is required to block Amazon Logistics.
Q: Does Amazon charge extra for this feature?
A: Yes, there is a 5% surcharge for this feature on Amazon. It's 5% on top of your normal MCF rate, so it would be .05 times what you are currently paying for MCF. You can check out their Fulfillment Fees page to learn more. Listing Mirror does not charge extra for this feature.
Q: What if I have the setting turned on inside of my Amazon Seller Central account?
A: If you select "Yes" inside of Amazon Seller Central (shown below), we will fill all channel orders using the Block Amazon Logistics option. This will result in a 5% surcharge fee for all orders, regardless of how you have set up your channel settings inside of Listing Mirror. Be sure to set your Amazon Seller Central account to "No" for the Block Amazon Logistics setting, and utilize Listing Mirror's integration settings to get the best of both worlds!
