Listing Mirror will import all orders for marketplaces integrated, even if you don’t intend to do anything with these and manage them elsewhere, Listing Mirror will still see them and adjust QTY. Here are the important facets for Orders in Listing Mirror.

Fulfillment Actions

Order Statuses

Based on where your order is being filled, you’ll have different statuses. We have an article for both MF Order Statuses, and MCF Order Statuses.

Cancelling Orders

Order Splitting

Manual order splitting is available on all of our plans. It allows you to take an order for multiple items and send them to different fulfillment centers through manual actions inside of our platform. You can check out how Order Splitting works. 

Auto-Split Fulfillment will automatically (and systematically) split an order based on your Inventory Source prioritization. This means when you receive a multi-SKU order, we will fulfill that order through your preferred methods hassle-free. 

MCF Process
