Add Product Bulk Template

The Add Product bulk template is a template that allows you to add new products to Listing Mirror without creating a marketplace listing or importing a marketplace listing. This will allow you to perfect the data in the Product Catalog before sending it off to any marketplaces! 

Using the Add Product bulk template is similar to using any of our other Add Market Listings spreadsheets.

Available Fields

The available fields for the Add Product template are all of the fields available in the Product catalog. 

Product Fields - Filled out for every Product you are adding, not filled out for product variants being added under Products. (Required Product Fields are Title, Description, and Condition) 

Product Variant Fields - Filled out for every Product you are adding, filled out for any product variant you are adding. (Required Product Variant Fields are SKU and Variation Title)

Adding Products

When adding a product using the Add Products spreadsheet, you'll want to fill out as much information as you can but only need to fill out the required fields as mentioned above. When creating a product you will fill out fields from both the product fields and product variant fields. When creating a product variant, you will only fill out the variant fields under the related product row. For example, in this image, the red row represents the product and the fields you'll fill out, the green rows represent product variants for that product and the fields you'll fill out:

This will tell Listing Mirror that you want those products to be product variants of the product above. 

When you upload the new Product Add spreadsheet, those products will be created, and you can update/tweak the information as you see fit before creating any marketplace listings for it!
