Non-User Managed Quantity

One of Listing Mirror's most exciting features is integrating with your non-user (non MF) inventory. We can integrate with your FBA (Amazon), Deliverr, and RSL(Rakuten). 

When you have a standard MF inventory source, it is expected that you, or someone from your business, will be editing and keeping this inventory up to date within Listing Mirror. We have various ways of doing this through manual edits in the user interface, or spreadsheets. 

However, working with a 3PL (non-MF) inventory source means you are not the one managing this inventory. Listing Mirror will have an integration with whatever 3PL you are using, and we will receive inventory updates through the company you're working with. 

These inventory sources will be named based on their integration, whereas your MF inventory sources can be named. Because the inventory is not managed by you or Listing Mirror the inventory will also be unable to be edited within Listing Mirror. 

If you look at the MF source compared to the 3PL source,  you can see the MF source has a white box around the inventory and can be edited, where the 3PL inventory does not:

If you are experiencing quantity discrepancies with a 3PL inventory source, please reach out to that inventory source, as Listing Mirror only receives the information, we cannot adjust it. If you believe there is an issue with your integration, please contact our support!
