Canceling an Order

Canceling an order is an option you have in Listing Mirror and can help to limit the amount of time you need to spend in your marketplace accounts directly. 

To cancel an order in Listing Mirror, you just need to go to the Order details page in Listing Mirror for the order in question. In the upper left corner there is an Actions dropdown:

This dropdown will reveal the option to cancel the order on the market:

Depending on the marketplace, the buyer may need to accept or confirm this cancellation. 

Listing Mirror can cancel orders from these marketplaces:

Amazon

eBay 

Walmart

Google Shopping

Shopify
Newegg

If you need to cancel an order from a marketplace that is not in the above list, then you will need to do so direct in the marketplace. If you do this, make sure to check out this article here!

There is an additional step for ShipStation users in order to make sure your shipping label is refunded. 

Once you have canceled the order in LM, you will need to get the label refunded in ShipStation.
