Setting up your Shopify account to properly pull in your inventory is a little different than most marketplaces, as Shopify allows multiple inventory locations within the Marketplace itself. Because Listing Mirror will be sending inventory to Shopify, you'll need to set up your Shopify Locations properly. Read more about Shopify Locations here.
Setting up your Default Location
You will want to place your default Shopify location in the Location field on the Shopify Integration Settings General tab. This will sync your overall quantity to that specific Shopify location.
If you head to Integrations > Channel Integrations and click in to edit Shopify, you'll see the Locations dropdown in the General tab toward the bottom:
If you click on this dropdown it will provide all locations currently assigned to your Shopify account, you'll want to choose the one that is default on Shopify, this is typically an address.
You'll also want to make sure that no 3PL (FBA, Deliverr, etc,.) are selected in this dropdown menu!
Once the correct Location is chosen, Listing Mirror should be able to send your QTY to Shopify!
But what if I have specific location needs?
If you need to sync inventory to more than one Shopify Location, then head over to the Advanced tab on that Shopify Integration Settings page. Here you can link two additional Shopify locations to the Inventory Source of your choice.
First, you will want to set up an Inventory Source by going to Inventory > Show Inventory Sources > Add new inventory source if you do not already have one set up. Once your inventory source is set up and your quantity values are correct, tie it to the Shopify Location of your choice by assigning it in the fields above, located in the Advanced tab.
Tip: If you only want the inventory from this inventory source to sync to the specific location of your choice and not your default location, do not enable it under the Inventory tab. Enabling it under the Inventory tab will sync it to both your default location and the additional location.
