Why

Often, best offer is used for items that are hard to define a set price for, such as art or a unique one-of-a-kind item. 

How

Best offer lives in two places in Listing Mirror. 

On the edit listings page for a listing. Use this method when you only want to have a select set of SKUs to have best offer.

The other is the integration level. This will enable best offer for ALL eBay listings for that integration.

Note: Not ALL listings are allowed to have best offer feature. If you have enable best offer in Listing Mirror but the marketplace listing does not reflect that, please contact eBay Support to confirm that your listing is allowed to have best offer.
