If you're having an issue with your Shopify orders not being filled there is a setting in Shopify that might be set for your Shopify store that automatically marks your orders as shipped.
If you have your Shopify orders set to automatically fulfill in Shopify, those orders are marked as "filled" as soon as the order is paid. In this case, Listing Mirror will have those listings marked as "Complete" when they import and they will not be sent off for MCF or be obvious that they need to be filled with MF QTY.
To avoid this, you will need to have your Shopify set to manually fulfill orders. That way Shopify does not make changes to the order. Listing Mirror will import the order and you will either fill the orders with MF QTY, or they'll get sent off for MCF.
Once the tracking information is entered into Listing Mirror, either by you manually or by the fulfillment center, Listing Mirror will send that information out to Shopify and the order will be marked as complete.
