Order speed mapping is a handy function we provide here in Listing Mirror.
Listing Mirror attempts to automatically map all order speeds to one of our three standard Order Speeds (Standard, Expedited, Priority). In some cases, a customer may want to override what a given order speed means on a given integration.
For example, if you have an order that comes though on eBay as Standard, but you want that to fill FBA as Expedited. You would map the Shipping Service: Standard to the Shipping Service Category: Expedited.
The Order Speed Mapping page is found under Orders>Order Speed Mapping. Creating a new map looks like this:
The integration configuration will be what marketplace you want this to affect.
The shipping service is what Listing Mirror sees as the shipping chosen from the marketplace. This is usually what you've named that particular shipping option in the marketplace.
The order shipping category is what Listing Mirror is going to send to any fulfillment services you have, Shipstation, Deliverr, Amazon FBA, etc,.
If you are unsure of where to find that information, you can check out an existing order:
For example here, we have an order that came in as the Shipping Service FEDEX2DAY, but the shipping service category is Standard. What you would want to do, is set field 1 in the order speed map to FEDEX2DAY (or whatever is in that field) please note that this field is case sensitive so it must be typed in exactly how it is on the marketplace in order to function.
Then set field 2 to the order speed category you want it to belong to. In this case it would be Expedited or Priority. Your order speed mapping would look like this:
*Note: For mapping from Amazon integrations, and only Amazon integrations, the mapping should use the shipping service category as the shipping service instead. So in the example above, "Standard" would be entered into the shipping service field.
*Note: This does not work for Shopify stores. Instead, you will want to use the shipping mapping on the integration level, advanced tab.
This is an advanced feature in Listing Mirror, and should not be used unless you have consulted with support previously about the function. If you have any questions please reach out to the support team!
This does not work for the Wish integration.
