When creating an Overstock listing in Listing Mirror, you may run into a situation where you'll need to be more specific with your variation values. Overstock does require you to use generalized variation values, but you can use custom variation overrides in Listing Mirror to list more specific variation values.
What you'll want to do is first choose the Variation Name in Listing Mirror. For this example we're going to say Color:
Then you'll assign the Overstock friendly Variation value, for this example it would be Red:
From here, you'll be able to get the specifics. By scrolling down a short ways from the Variation Value fields, you'll see Override specific name. This is where you would put the Overstock specific variation name. In this example it will be Exact Color. Once you've entered the Override specific name, another field will populate below, called Override specific value. This is where you'll put in the specific value, in this example we will use Maroon:
This will translate to Overstock variation choices being Color>Maroon!
You can also change these in bulk for a variation listing by clicking the Variation tab and the Bulk Edit drop down. You'll fill out the Variation Name, Variation Values, then Override specific name, and Override specific values:
