Deliverr is a 3PL integration that will allow you to keep your products in Deliverr's warehouse, where they will manage your quantity and fulfillment for orders!
To get your Deliverr integration started, you'll first want to reach out to Deliverr directly. The integration is done on their end, so you'll find yourself working with their site more than Listing Mirror at this setup process!
At the beginning of the setup process for Deliverr, they will ask you provide the API username and password. That, you will get from Listing Mirror directly. First, open up the Integrations tab on Listing Mirror, and select API Integration:
Here you will find the base URL, and you'll see the Username. If you have had to get this API Username and password before, and you still have that value on hand, you can use that password. If not, you will need to click the Reset Password On Integration button, and that will populate a password field.
This is the Username and Password Deliverr needs for your integration!
*Please note, if you do need to use the Reset Password button, you will need to put your new password into any other integrations that may be running through our API*
Deliverr also has this process documented from their end, found here.
Fine points about the Deliverr Integration
There are a few fine points to bring up while using your Deliverr integration. First being the order in which Listing Mirror will try to fill orders.
If you have FBA, Deliverr, and MF enabled for a specific channel or SKU, that is the order Listing Mirror will attempt to fill them. If FBA doesn't have QTY, it will try Deliverr, if Deliverr doesn't have QTY it will settle on MF. If any of those fulfillment options aren't there, they are skipped.
*Please note: Listing Mirror will not send an order to a 3PL if we show 0 QTY for it, we will skip that option and move to the next*
When Deliverr pulls the order from Listing Mirror for fulfillment, Listing Mirror will give Deliverr the LMSKU of the listing sold.
If your SKU points to a component SKU, LM will send the component SKU to Deliverr for fulfillment.
The next point is managing Deliverr QTY. You will not manage Deliverr QTY in Listing Mirror. Deliverr will send the QTY to LM through the API and no changes can be made to it directly in LM.
The last point, is having Deliverr orders autofilled. Listing Mirror can automatically accept and send an order to Deliverr if you so choose. The option is in the Channel Integrations page. To get there, you'll choose the channel you'd like to enable it on, in this example, eBay. Head to the Integrations tab, and then Channel Integrations:
Then, you'll want to click on the Edit button, next to the channel you'd like to autofill Deliverr orders for:
Lastly, you'll scroll down until you see the option for Deliverr Fulfill Orders. Enable this and save changes, and you're all set!
Please note that if you are a new client you can only set up your Deliverr Integration once you have started syncing.
