Seller Fulfilled Prime is an exciting feature Amazon released, and it may be something you're interested in (or already) using. Allowing you to sell your MF inventory as Prime on Amazon is great, but with this new type of fulfillment it may leave you with some questions. This article is here to address any you may have for how to manage SFP listings in Listing Mirror!
Q: Do I need to use a fulfillment service to use SFP?
A: No, you aren't required by Amazon to use a fulfillment service to use SFP, you will however be required to use Amazon's Buy Shipping feature. Amazon needs to make sure you're going to get the product to the customer within the 2 day prime, so they do limit the shipping options you have!
Q: Am I not able to use a 3PL with SFP?
A: Sure you can! Both of the 3PL services Listing Mirror integrates with (Rakuten Super Logistics and Deliverr) work for SFP! If you're using a 3PL service outside of those, you may want to reach out to make sure they will function with SFP!
Q: How do I manage my listing data?
A: The same way you always do! If your listings are Editable on Amazon, and you typically update listing data through Listing Mirror, you'll continue to do so. If your listings are not editable on Amazon, and you typically update your Amazon listings on Amazon directly, you'll continue to do so.
Q: Even quantity?
A: Quantity will be managed by whoever is doing the fulfillment. If you are fulfilling the orders yourself, then you will be responsible for keeping your QTY up to date and accurate on Listing Mirror, just like you would any other MF QTY. If you are using a Listing Mirror integrated 3PL, they will send the updated QTY amount to Listing Mirror for you.
If you have any questions about 3PL services we integrate with, we do have articles on both Rakuten Super Logistics and Deliverr.
