When creating a new listing on a marketplace, there are plenty of things that can get in the way of it successfully syncing! Most of them are easy to figure out errors and the like, but sometimes we run into a situation that just doesn't make any sense! One of those times can be when you create a listing that you know has quantity, but is just stuck in pending status and at 0 QTY. This article will walk you through the most likely cause of this issue!
The first thing you'll want to do is verify that the listing has QTY, and where that QTY is coming from. You'll see that by clicking the inventory tab. In this example, the SKU we are looking at has 10 QTY, available in the Inventory Source FBA 3.
Then, you'll want to go to the Channel Integration settings. In these settings, click on the Inventory tab and you can see which inventory sources are enabled for the channel that your listing is stuck on. As you can see, FBA 1 and WH 2 are not enabled for this integration.
You can drag and drop the inventory sources between the two boxes to enable or disable them for this channel.
What happens here, is that Listing Mirror is trying to send out the listing data to the marketplace, but needs QTY to do so, so it will sit in pending waiting for QTY until it sends out!
Enabling the inventory source for that channel will resolve the issue, as will adding inventory to an already enabled Inventory Source.
