Occasionally, Listing Mirror will run into a hiccup when sending tracking information to the marketplace. You will receive a notification when this happens, which can be seen in your Notification Center.
Here is what you can do if this happens! Most times, it is a temporary error, and the tracking info just needs to be resent. You can do this from your end!
Example Error:
The error given by the marketplace is: "INVALID_REQUEST_CONTENT.GMP_ORDER_APIdataINVALID_REQUEST_CONTENT :: Failed when called shipConfirm API for Order# X. An UnKnown Error occurred in communicating-with or retrieving-response from OMS/RMS Server.Request content is invalid.ERRORDATA"
Go to the Order Details page for the order. Click on the Action drop-down menu and select Notify Market. This will prompt Listing Mirror to resend the tracking info out to the marketplace.
You should get a green banner across the top of the page saying the marketplace was notified. If not, please contact us at Support and we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue!
