This article is to guide you through the LM side of setting up an integration with Rakuten Super Logistics.
To start, the first thing you want to do is create a new Inventory Source for RSL. To do this you'll go into Admin>Django Admin:
You'll find yourself on the Site Administration page, here you'll want to find the Inventory Sources row, and click the Add button:
Here, you will choose the business name and then name the inventory source. You'll want to name it RSL:
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll choose the Agent, which you should set as Rakuten Super Logistics and the Sort Order. The Sort Order should be higher than the amount of inventory sources the business has. For example, if a business has 4 inventory sources, the Sort Order should be at least 5.
Save Changes and you should be ready to have the client add the RSL integration on the Inventory Integrations page. Please note they should choose the new RSL Inventory Source when given the choice to choose their inventory source.
**NOTE** Client must have inventory with Rakuten before they will be able to set up the integration. They also need to name the Warehouse on the credentials screen the same name as the Inventory Source to be used.
