Inventory Sources are the locations at which your physical stock of items are held. There are multiple types of inventory sources.
MF - Merchant Fulfilled: You have this on hand at your home or warehouse and take care of the fulfillment directly.
FBA - Fulfilled By Amazon: You send your QTY to Amazon, and they maintain your stock, inventory, and handle fulfillment.
Deliverr: You send your QTY to Deliverr, and they maintain your stock, inventory, and handle fulfillment.
Listing Mirror allows you to have multiple Inventory Sources, in all various forms, but what do you do when you no longer use an Inventory Source? You can simply disable it for your integrations and leave it be, or you can delete the Inventory Source from Listing Mirror completely. The purpose of this article is to show you how to remove the Inventory Source completely.
First, you'll want to find where to edit all of your Inventory Sources. This page is located under Inventory>Show Inventory Sources:
Once there, you'll see a list of your Inventory Sources. You'll want to click on the blue name of the inventory source you'd like to delete:
This will take you to the page where you will edit the information for the Inventory Source, scrolling down to the bottom of this page, you will see the option to Update Inventory Source, Delete This Inventory Source, or Cancel your actions and return to the previous page. In this case, we want to click Delete This Inventory Source.
Once completed, if it's successful, you will receive a banner at the top of Listing Mirror stating the Inventory Source was deleted!
There you have it! Please note that deleting an Inventory Source is not something to do flippantly, and you should be sure you won't be using that source any longer before deleting it.
