This article will cover how to set a max quantity of specific listings, as opposed to setting a max quantity to an entire integration, as found here. This is to allow you to limit the amount of each item you list on the channel, which can help reduce the risk of overselling and can reduce the likelihood of hitting a listing ceiling on channels that have those in place.
What you'll want to do is go to the edit listings page of the listing/marketplace you'd like to set the quantity for! You can do this by clicking the little cog wheel in the column of the marketplace and row of the SKU you want.
In that edit page, you'll see a setting similar to this:
It may be in a different location on the edit page depending on the marketplace. Enter the number you'd like to list there, and we will not sync more than that amount for this SKU to the specific marketplace! There is also a column for Max Quantity in the Listings Edit Bulk Edit Template, if you choose to update these in bulk!
Please note: Setting the Max Quantity in the listing or in the listings edit template will override whatever is set at the integration level, you will have to remove it from the listing or the listings edit template to remove it or change it!
