If you are experiencing an issue where your listing is still showing quantity although it's out of stock, there are a few things you'll want to look at.
First, verify that the SKU in Listing Mirror is showing 0 QTY. Even if you go directly onto the marketplace and change the listing to 0 QTY, if Listing Mirror still has MF QTY for that listing we could be syncing that number out to the marketplace and overwriting your 0.
You can find inventory information in the inventory tab on Listing Mirror, you'll want to make sure it has 0 QTY in MF and FBA.
If the SKU is showing QTY in the MF inventory field, you can simply replace the number with a 0 right there in the inventory tab and click the update inventory button in the upper left, or you can download a Bulk Edit Template for a Quantity Update to change the QTY.
Then upload the changes. This is particularly handy if you have multiple listings that need to have their QTY changed!
If the SKU is showing QTY in the FBA inventory field, Amazon is syncing QTY to us for a SKU they manage the inventory for. If this is the case and you don't believe you should have FBA QTY for that SKU, you'll want to reach out to Amazon.
