The error: Value SupplyCategoryUnavailable for parameter MerchantSku is invalid.
If you see this error in regards to an MCF order, it is possible that the reason for that order not being shipped by Amazon is because the SKU is part of the Small and Light program.
Items in the Small and Light program do not quality for the the MCF program, so you will need to find another way to fill this order.
