When you receive an email from Walmart about an order that has been canceled by the buyer, here is what you need to do.
Step 1
Find the order in Listing Mirror on the Orders Page.
Step 2
Click on details to go to the order details page.
Step 3
Click on Refund at the bottom of the page.
Step 4
If the order is MCF, click cancel MCF on the Orders page.
