On the Manage Listings page, you will see your inventory levels that are displayed under each marketplace icon.
Those numbers are the last known quantity successfully synced to the marketplace. This number does not necessarily show the current inventory level.
In the image above, you see that Amazon, Walmart, and Jet all have the same quantity. However, eBay and Etsy show two different numbers. I will explain why that is different for each marketplace , separately.
eBay
eBay shows a quantity of 60 because of the Max Quantity setting that has been enabled for eBay.
LM will never send more than 60 QTY to the marketplace. So eBay shows 60 QTY on the Manage Listings page because that is the last known quantity we were able to successfully sync to the marketplace.
Etsy
Notice the 'pending' status under the Etsy icon? That listing has been 'pending' for quite some time now, as an error is preventing the listing from syncing to the marketplace. That means LM has not yet sent that QTY of 271. So in this case, the QTY shown here is the last known QTY we were able to successfully send to the marketplace before the listing was unable to sync.
I hope that clarifies the quantities shown on the Manage Listings page!
To see your actual current inventory level, you will want to switch over to the inventory tab.
