Walmart requires that each order is acknowledged/accepted, which confirms that you (the seller) are able to fill the order.
Listing Mirror can do this for you! When we get a notification that a buyer placed an order on your Walmart listing, we check to confirm there is inventory in stock for this product, and we send back a confirmation that the order can be filled. Thus the order is accepted, in Listing Mirror terms.
How to confirm that Listing Mirror is accepting orders for your Walmart integration:
Step 1
Find your Channel Integration settings under Integrations > Channel Integrations. Then click the blue "Edit" button to the right of the Walmart logo. It will look something like this:
Step 2
Once inside your Walmart settings, scroll down to see "Walmart Specific Settings". You will see a checkbox for 'Accept Orders'. In order for Listing Mirror to accept your orders, this box MUST BE CHECKED. Or if you have another software accepting your orders, you will want this to be unchecked. If you aren't sure if you need it checked, ask our support staff and we'll walk you through the process.
What is 'accept even if no inventory'?
If you are a seller who has flexibility in your inventory (i.e. you manufacture your products, you have alternate inventory sources if your inventory runs out, etc.), you may always want to accept orders and never run the risk of not getting a sale. In this case, you could also check 'Accept even if no inventory'. Please ensure sure that 'accept orders' is also turned on.
