What
The End and Relist function for eBay and Shopify function deletes the listings on the marketplace, then immediately recreates it.
Why
Converting a 'simple' listing to a 'variation' listing would be an example of when to use this feature. eBay does not allow the converting of simple listings to variation listings. You will need to delete the 'simple' listing, and recreate it as a 'variation' listing. Another example would be adding/removing variations to a live eBay listing.
When splitting variations in a marketplace but the variation does not split the way you expected it to, ending and relisting the listing will force us to push out the correct information.
How
1. Go the eBay or Shopify Edit Listings page.
2. Select End and Relist from the Action drop-down menu.
Something to note. Doing this will cause you to lose any Sales History you have for this listing.
