Shipping Strategy is defined on the eBay market integration. This is the DEFAULT shipping strategy for all eBay listings. It can be overridden on a listing by listing basis if desired.
The default handling time for all options is 5 days. The exception is the two expedited options and 'Free First Class', which set it to 1 day.
The following choices for shipping strategy are:
Default - No shipping strategy defined. You will have to then specify shipping prices on a per item basis.
MCF Exact Cost - This is the exact cost Amazon will charge to ship the item, at all 3 shipping speeds. If this item is not FBA, it has no meaning.
MCF Cost - $3 - Same as MCF Exact Cost but $3 cheaper at each shipping speed.
MCF Cost +$3 - Same as MCF Exact Cost but $3 more expensive at each shipping speed.
MCF Free Then Cost - This puts the standard speed shipping at free, and then the faster shipping speeds equal to their additional cost. So for example If the MCF shipping costs for an item are $7, $13, and $20, they would be listed as $0, $6 ($13 - $7), and $13 ($20 - $7).
Free First Class - Only one shipping speed, first class, for free. Sets handling time to 1 day.
MCF Free then Full Cost - Standard speed is free, faster is the FULL cost of the faster shipping. Similar to MCF Free Then Cost but no subtraction.
MCF Expedited Free - Priority Full Cost - MCF Expedited (2 day) is free, but Priority (overnight) is the full MCF cost. No standard shipping allowed.
MCF Expedited Free - Priority Full Extra - MCF Expedited (2 day) is free, but Priority (overnight) is the Priority Cost - The Expedited Cost. No standard shipping allowed.
