Learn how to view, create, and delete your existing listings in bulk using this template
The Create and Delete Template has three major functions. You can use it to see which listings existing in Listing Mirror, use empty cells to create new listings from existing ones, and delete any listings you may no longer need.
Downloading Templates
To start, you'll want to go to the Bulk Edit Templates page. You can find that under Listings on your menubar. From the dropdown, select Create and Delete, and click Download. Unlike other templates, this will allow you to edit all of your marketplaces at once, so you won't need to select a specific one.

Editing Templates
Once you've downloaded the template, you'll be greeted with every SKU we currently have for your account, as well as an E in each cell where a market listing exists. An empty cell will represent where no market listing exists. You can use this template to do all three actions, so don't feel like you need to use one template for deleting, and one for creating. You can use any combination of letters to manage your listings all at once.
Create Listings
To create a new listing, you'll want to replace any empty cells with a C. This will create the listing on that marketplace using the information from the product catalog.
Delete Listings
To delete an existing listing, you'll want to replace any cells with an E to a D. This will delete the existing listing on the marketplace, leaving a blank space on your manage listings page.
C = Create | D = Delete | E = Exists | X = Delete both Market AND Product listings
Further Details on "X".
Putting an 'X' under the "remove_entirely" column will delete all market AND Product listings for that SKU. Normally, entering a 'D' under each marketplace would only delete the market listings. With the "remove_entirely" column, you can ALSO delete the Product listing.
Uploading Templates
Finally, once you've completed editing your template, you'll want to head back to the Bulk Edit Templates page and upload your template. Select Create and Delete from the dropdown, then simply hit Upload.
You can check the progress of the upload on the Bulk Upload History page, under reports on the menubar. If there are any errors, you can read about them on your Notification History page.
