This article will cover a setting within your eBay account to dictate whether to close an eBay marketplace listing when it is out of stock or keep it live with an "out of stock" message until you can add more stock to it.
eBay covers this topic very well in their community article, that can be visited here.
The following setting must be applied from your eBay account, not Listing Mirror.
Here’s how to apply the out-of-stock option to your Good ‘Til Cancelled listings:
- Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences
- Under “Selling Preferences,” click “Show” next to Sell Your Item form and listings
- Click “Edit” next to “Use the out-of-stock option”
- Select the checkbox, then click “Apply”
Make sure the above checkbox is checked. This will allow you to keep the marketplace listing open when you run out of stock and not close the marketplace listing.
If you have any further questions regarding this process, feel free to reach out to Listing Mirror support.
