You may have received the following "Incomplete" message on one of your eBay items and wondered why you need to input a MPN for certain listings. eBay is always updating their rules and guidelines to improve customer experience. Sellers who list branded items in new or manufacturer refurbished condition are required to include the item's brand, manufacturer part number (MPN), and global trade item number (GTIN) to complete new listings.
To resolve this, you will need to follow the instructions within the message and input a MPN from the listing tab on the listing edit page.
Once you have entered a MPN and Brand to the eBay listing, save changes and after the pending sync complete the item will go live on eBay.
