Learn how to enable, or disable an integration on your Listing Mirror account
After you've established a connection with a marketplace, you're free to enable or disable it as you see fit. Disabling a channel will break the connection between Listing Mirror and the marketplace, stopping all data, inventory, and order syncing. Connecting it will re-establish this link.
If your integration becomes disconnected due to an error, you'll get an email letting you know. You'll want to re-enable it as soon as possible, so we can continue to manage your information.
Enabling & Disabling
You can manage all of your connections on the Manage Integrations page.
To find this, click Integrations on the menubar, followed by Manage Integrations on the dropdown. From here, you'll be able to manage your integrations, and see if they're enabled or disabled.
Once you've selected which integration you'd like to manage, click on it to open the settings. From here, the first option should be to disable or enable the integration. If it has a check, it'll be enabled. If unchecked, it'll be disabled. After you've decided, click Save Integration.
Currently, there is no option for individual users to delete their integrations. If you'd like to inquire about removing an integration indefinitely, please reach out to support, and we can discuss options.
