You are seeing this 'incomplete' message for your Walmart listing:
"please send us a SKU Override"
What it means:
You are trying to create a Walmart listing in Listing Mirror that shares a UPC with another Walmart listing you already have in your Walmart seller account. However, the SKU you are trying to use in Listing Mirror does not match up to the SKU in your Walmart seller account.
How to fix:
LM should automatically send SKU Override function to Walmart continuously until they accept. Most commonly, you'll just need to wait for the next sync to send out to Walmart with a SKU Override flag and this error will clear up on its own.
However, it does not work 100% of the time.
If that ends up being the case, you have two options available to you:
- Change the LMSKU to match the SKU that is in Walmart. Then, delete the Walmart listing in Listing Mirror. Create the listing again in LM on the Walmart channel. This should correct the SKU issue.
- Change the SKU on the listing in your Walmart account to reflect the Market Listing's SKU on Listing Mirror.
