Listing Mirror now has a easy to use vacation mode for Amazon / Walmart / Jet / Shopify. This should make stepping away for a holiday or vacation much easier! Enabling vacation mode will tell Listing Mirror to quickly sync 0 quantity to all Merchant Fulfilled (MF) listings on that channel.
**NOTE: FBA Listings will still be available on market.**
First, from the Listings tab, you will select the marketplace icon (This example will use Jet)
From there, you will be at the Jet page. You will notice an "action box" in the top left of the marketplace's page. Select the "action" box and there will be a dropdown with "enable vacation mode" option.
Once you have selected this option, a dialog box will appear asking if you are sure you would like to enable vacation mode. This helps mitigate the "accidental" button pushes from zero'ing out all of your inventory for that page, unless you truly want to.
If you would like to proceed, select "enable" and this will zero out all inventory on your selected marketplace.
Once you have enabled vacation mode, you will receive a banner message letting you know that you have successfully enabled vacation mode.
To disable vacation mode, you would follow the same steps as enabling vacation mode.
When turning off vacation mode off the quantities will revert to their pre-vacation mode amounts. An exception would be if you turned off a channel(s) and still had other channel(s) active during that time. Any inventory changes in your active channels would be reflected when disabling vacation mode.
If you have any questions regarding this feature, feel free to reach out to Listing Mirror Support!
**PLEASE NOTE** This feature is only available for Amazon / Walmart / Jet / Shopify
For the other Marketplaces, you can enable Vacation Mode directly in your seller account OR you can set Max Quantity in the channel integration settings to '0.' This will cause LM to remove all QTY from the marketplace!
