If you have received the below error, there are 2 ways to resolve the message,
First way to resolve this: You will need to select the gear icon that is associated with the Walmart Listing as shown below.
From here you will be taken to the Walmart edit listing page. You will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. On the right hand side you will see the required fields that need to be filled out.
Once you have filled this out, save changes. This will trigger a sync from Listing Mirror out to Walmart. After the pending sync completes, the incomplete message will be resolved!
The second way to resolve this error would be to resolve this particular incomplete message in bulk. Quickest way to take care of this would be to navigate to the "Listings" tab at the top of Listing Mirror. From the dropdown, select "Bulk Edit Templates".
From here, you will select "Listings Edit" from the template choice and "Walmart" from the Integration dropdown as shown below. Select "download template".
Once the template downloads, you will scroll all the way to the right on the excel spreadsheet. Columns "AF" and "AG" will contain "shipping weight" and "shipping weight unit of measure". Fill in all fields with correct data.
Save changes (must save as .XLSX file extension) and upload updated spreadsheet to the same place you downloaded the template from (Listings tab >> Bulk Edit Templates)
