Etsy requires sellers to have a Shipping profile, and a Return policy on their listings. Learn more
Shipping profiles can be used to get your packages to your customers faster. You can add upgrades to your listings, and offer faster shipping time for your customers, which also applies to Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders. Learn more
Creating Shipping Profiles
- On Etsy, open your Shop Manager.
- Click Settings, followed by Shipping Settings.
- Click Create Profile, and fill out the required information.
Once you're done, Etsy will send these to Listing Mirror, where you can set up your profiles.
Set Default Profiles
- From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
- Click any Etsy channel, followed by the Advanced tab.
- Under Default Shipping Template, select a profile.
This will only affect future listings, and won't change existing ones.
Set Individual Profiles
- From the Manage Listings page, search for your listing.
- Click the Etsy Market Listing for the desired listing.
- On the Listings tab, locate the Shipping Template ID field, and select your profile.
For Calculated Shipping Profiles, Etsy may require you to add addition information to your listing, such as shipping weight and dimensions.
Return policies convey to your customers what they can expect for your return policy. Some items may be unfit for return, some might be economically unsound for return, and some return criteria may need to be specifically set. Learn more
Creating Return Policies
- On Etsy, open your Shop Manager.
- Click Settings, followed by Policy Settings.
- Click Create Policy, and fill out the required information.
Once you're done, Etsy will send these to Listing Mirror, where you can set up your policies.
