If any problems arise, this is the place to find them. If you run into any problems with your account, such as a failed bulk upload or FBA quantity not being updated, you should check the Notification Center to find out what's going on.
Here's how to get to the Notification Center:
1. Click on the bell icon located in the upper right part of the Listing Mirror homepage.
2. This will take you to the Notification Center. There can be a variety of messages, each with their own meaning. Here is an example of what it could look like:
3. To dive further into the problem you can click on the view details button located in the far right column:
4. For a bulk upload, if any errors were returned:
- Under More Details you will see the option to download a spreadsheet of the errors.
- Click on the word "here" to download your spreadsheet.
- Once your spreadsheet is open in Excel, scroll to the right-most column to view the errors for your upload.
