Business policies are created in your eBay seller account. They serve as templates for your eBay listings that can set details for the following:
- Shipping
- Payment
- Returns
Once you have created the business policies in your eBay seller account, they will then be pulled into Listing Mirror. You can find them on your eBay Listings page.
You can add them to your listings in Listing Mirror via 4 different ways, starting with the simplest.- You can set them on the integration level for eBay. On the eBay integrations page, select the business policies tab. Choose the default for shipping/payment/returns. Checking off the boxes below each option will apply the current default to all current listings.
- You can add them individually to each listing in the eBay Edit Listings page. You will find the fields in the Listing tab, on the left-hand side. Select from the drop-down menu, the correct policies.
- You can add them using a template from our Bulk Edit Templates, Listings Edit. This is located in the Listing drop-down menu, Bulk Edit Templates. The three columns you'll want to enter the Profile ID#'s are N (Shipping), O (Payment), and P (Return).
- You can create a Rule that applies them to your listings. The Profile IDs for each policy can be found at the eBay Listings page. Click on eBay Action and select Profile IDs from the drop-down menu. The number associated with each policy is what you'll use when entering in Field value.
- You can set them on the integration level for eBay. On the eBay integrations page, select the business policies tab. Choose the default for shipping/payment/returns. Checking off the boxes below each option will apply the current default to all current listings.
Here is a list of articles that go into detail about the above features that I discussed.
